A1. We unconditionally guarantee that all products that you purchase from our website are genuine and authentic. We only deal directly with established manufacturers or distributors. In some instances, we work with trusted suppliers who purchase directly from the same manufacturers or distributors. You are welcome to perform your own assessment, and we confidently provide customers with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Q2. What methods of payment can I use?
A2. We accept credit card on our website, as well as PayPal transactions.
Q3. Is it safe and secure to give you my credit card details?
A3. Your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. This is the industry standard for online payments. We currently SSL certificates issued by Let's Encrypt.
Q4. Do you deliver to other countries apart from Australia?
A4. At this point we only deliver products within Australia. However, we are actively looking for ways to expand our distribution. Please keep checking back for future updates.
Q5. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
A5. 2-5 business days Australia-wide including most country areas. 4-7 business days for WA, North Queensland and most areas in NT outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

A13. Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders.
Q14. How long do you hold Click & Collect order?
A14. We hold Click & Collect orders for 7 calendar days from the day you receive your collection notification. If you do not collect your order within 7 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.
Q15. What do I need to bring to pickup a Click & Collect order?
A15. Photo ID is required when you come to pick up the order.
